The First National Coordinator Justice (PJ), Julio Borges, was selected as one of 20 emerging leaders Latin America in the context of the twentieth anniversary of the Foundation for the Analysis of Social Studies, FAES.

Borges always noted as "the centralization of power, harassment of the media, the politicization of justice, and corruption have led to Venezuela to become a country full of violence and impunity." Against this background, Borges made it clear that the challenge of Venezuela is to achieve "a real democracy, with a strong justice that respects human rights, a Venezuela without fear."
