Primero Justicia
The organization is presenting the country and the Bureau for Democratic Unity "proposed employment, opportunity and justice for all, to express the everyday meaning of justice as our core value."

"Al cierre de este año queremos presentar 10 propuestas de cara al 2010. Durante una década la Constitución ha sido olvidada y violada por un gobierno que se burla permanentemente de este pueblo que tuvo una esperanza y ahora sólo ve un 'show mediático' en interminables cadenas de televisión de un Presidente obsesionado por controlar todo, y que ha despilfarrado nuestras riquezas en regalos a otros países, compras de juguetes militares, estatizaciones sin sentido y una aberrante ineficiencia y corrupción", dijo Borges.

3 .- Education for All. Provided for the establishment of mandatory standards for educational infrastructure as population criteria, ensuring access to a quality education for all Venezuelans.
4 .- Property for All. Includes Barrios Act providing for the delivery of real property titles to the inhabitants of the consolidated districts, and the delivery of agricultural land in state hands to our farmers, and a legal instrument to boost the capital market to that all Venezuelans to be shareholders of public and private companies.
5 .- Quality Services. Act provides for a compensation to those affected by the poor provision of public services of electricity, water, garbage, transportation and roads. 6 .-
Jobs for All. Includes First Employment Act, with incentives to hire inexperienced young people who start in the labor market, Employment for Women to promote decent work for women and allow them to work extended hours so you can spend more time with their families, and all Pa'lante, incentives for entrepreneurs to migrate in formal informal economy workers.
