The national coordinator of Primero Justicia, Julio Borges, responded to the speech of President Hugo Chavez on Dec. 31 in national television and called it "a mockery of Life Mission" proposed by his party, which seeks to address personal insecurity and violence. Chavez lamented that care about the suffering of the Venezuelan people "because it is only fair that we live calmly, safely."
